I have over 25 years of business experience, including roles in management consulting with Deloitte and senior leadership positions in a FTSE 100 engineering firm. I have worked with businesses of all kinds from large multinationals to start-ups and charities.
My work includes executive coaching for business leaders, designing and delivering leadership development programmes and providing consulting advice on organisational development and change and leadership development.
A significant amount of my work is with technologists and technical specialists, supporting them to flourish in senior leadership roles with confidence and self-awareness, and to make a tangible difference to business results through their own contribution and that of the people they lead.
