My work includes executive coaching for business leaders and senior managers, designing and delivering leadership development programmes and supporting high potential employees.
I provide consulting advice, working in partnership with my clients on areas such as developing and implementing a people strategy, organisational restructuring, supporting culture change and increasing HR function effectiveness.
A significant amount of my work is with technologists and technical specialists, supporting them to flourish in senior leadership roles with greater confidence and self-awareness, and to make a tangible difference to business results through their own contribution and that of the people they lead.
